FUNCTION ROOM FOR HIRE
We have a spacious, air conditioned function room with a sizeable dance floor and bar available for hire.
FUNCTION ROOM FEES
Members - £100.00 plus £50.00 returnable deposit
Non-members - £150 plus £100.00 returnable deposit
This includes bar and staff DJ equipment and cleaning .
You can plug almost any device into our sound equipment and cables are supplied
DJ`s can bring their own controller/laptop etc.. and plug into our system.
18th birthdays are not usually permitted ,please speak with a committee member.
Conditions of Hire
1 £100 Deposit to be paid at time of booking, balance of hire charges to be paid not less than 2 weeks prior to the function.
2 Any cancellation with less than 4 weeks notice will forfeit the initial deposit.
3 Any losses or damage and excessive cleaning costs will be charged to the hirer.
No food or drinks on or near the Disco equipment, any spills and damage may result in loss of deposit.
4 No alcohol is to be bought into the club other than wines for toasts and as agreed by the Club in advance.
5 Please remove all personal items at the end the function.
6 The Club will not be liable for any personal injury or loss or damage to personal property.
7 Function room capacity is strictly limited to 110 persons.
8 Hirers may bring their own food /catering and the Club accepts no responsibility for this.
9 Function room attendees ( other than Club Members ) may not purchase drinks or use any of the facilities in the downstairs bar.
10 The Function Room Bar is open from 7 p.m. to 11.30 p.m. with 30 minutes drinking up time, all attendees must leave by Midnight. These conditions will be strictly enforced.
Any other times outside of the usual hours must be agreed by the Club.
11 No alcohol shall be supplied to under 18s .( I.D. will be required ) if there is any evidence of this the Bar will close with immediate effect.
12 The Club Committee reserves the right to reject any booking made, at its discretion.
18th birthday parties are not currently permitted.
Hirers may not change the purpose of the booking without prior permission of the Club.
Unauthorised changes may result in loss of deposit.
13 Deposits will be refunded 1 week after the function (assuming no charges ).
14 Hirers and guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner appropriate for a family club.
Violent, aggressive or excessively noisy conduct may result in Bar and or Room closure, and loss of Deposit.
THE FIRE ESCAPE DOOR IS ALARMED PLEASE DO NOT OPEN EXCEPT IN AN EMERGENCY
